a see a lot of students complaining about the west chester police. i don't blame you. i do not attend west chester but have lived here for almost 20 years. my suggestion is to go to a boro meeting and tell them that if the police harassment of students does not stop, the university's students will stage a boycott of ALL west chester businesses. if the students stopped spending money in town, the business owners would be forced to put pressure on the police to treat students like real people. but YOU have to do it. stop letting the boro balance it's budget on your backs!
