Coming from out-of-state, the impression I was given at Acceptance was completely different than the experiences I have gone through studying at UMB for the past three years.

The housing department is horrible and unreliable and I wonder why even have one?

Why have a "One Stop" place to help students when all its causes is for them for make five or six stops to different departments?

Why call it financial aid? It should be called the financial rejection department. Forget it if you need the Bursar's office to speak to the Financial Aid Office - It will NEVER happen since they never communicate (probably the product of having too many snooty work-study students working there who want to get paid without actually working)

If you ever want help - You will literally have no one to turn to and will have every single door shut in your face.

I seriously believe this school should be investigated by the proper officials because it seriously, is such a messed up school.
