I had previously graduated with a theatre degree from a four year university and grew and learned so much from the program at AADA. People who leave early or who shrug it off don't realize that being an actor is more than just learning lines; it requires all of you. To anyone looking to attend AADA right out of highschool I would go for the two years (assuming you are accepted back), and then go on to a four year university. Credits transfer. At least from the NYC location. I wouldn't trade my experiences at AADA (and in NYC) for anything in the world. They've made me such a better actor. Meisner. <3 |
