Poor academics, high crime, useless local police, minimal financial aid, limited work opportunities, unhappy professors, and problem ridden student body. No matter if you're an in-state or out-of-state student, they offer you a waiver or scholarship, you've got poor, mediocre, or outstanding academics or athletic abilities, you've got better choices. The tuition is cheap but remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it is! Same goes for the squeaky clean crime report they make up every year. Look around, shop around, and never choose a university just as a last resort, or because its cheaper. Do not forgo your safety or future on a poor university like this. College is time of growth, not stagnation. If you go here the only thing growing is your regrets and boredom with high school level homework.
