Statistical Analyzer:

The course work at Jefferson Community College is decent, since it is only a community college. The problem I, and most of the students attending this university, have is how horrible the financial aid system is set up. We are 5 weeks into school and I still do not have my aid. I was one of the unlucky ones chosen for verification, and when I went down to the financial aid office located in Louisville (The only financial aid office for all the campuses), they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for verification, to a possible 8 weeks for the entire aid process. Also, due to the fact that my aid hasn't processed, I have been dropped from all of my classes and am being charged $175 to re-add them. I cannot access any of the online services, and found out today that I don't even exist in their system. If you ask me, you should avoid this university unless you have the money to pay for it out of pocket, or it is the only option.
