Statistical Analyzer:

Cuesta is what you make of it, SLO is awesome, and Cuesta is great at helping you take your classes get your stuff done and prepares you to transfer. I needed to get away form home and get serious about finishing my AA so I could transfer and SLO/Cuesta was a great place to do that. The area is awesome, and going to community college is always better in a college town. There life in the students and the community and it makes drudging through a CC bearable and fun. As for the school itself, very similar to other community colleges except that there is a big population of non local students, which makes it nice and theres not the same hum drum of going to a local college at home. great teachers, and enough clubs/school stuff going on so you can be involved if you want. Again it is what you make it. Cuesta is a great place to get your work done and transfer, and it's in a place that makes it different than any other community college experience. If your trying to get into Poly, the benefit is that you get established in SLO before going, but you still need the grades to get in. I never went to Poly but i lived with poly (and Cuesta) students, worked with them, had poly friends etc. I feel like I know everything about the school.
