Life sucks from time to time, but honestly, it's not that bad. If we can't deal with what the Academy throws at us, we won't make very good leaders when we get out in the real Army. No task that they give us to do is too difficult on it's own, but when you combine all the tasks together, you usually find out that you have more work to do than time to do it in, which tends to make some cadets cynical. I'm not going to lie: West Point is tough and West Point is challenging. I wouldn't trade it for anything, though. In the end,I guess I'm trying to say that this place is what you make of it.Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. |
