I've seen TONS of comments about Lasell and I find most of them to be pretty biased. 50% of my peers absolutely hate Lasell (for very arbitrary and trivial reasons, mind you) and 50% of my peers love it here. On the exterior, the dorms might not be the best and a fraction of the students here really aren't the brightest (a lot of people get in- some that I question the legitimacy of, I'll be honest) but all in all this is a great place to be. The professors are wonderful, classes are small and I feel like I'm learning. It's not entirely challenging, but who wants to be in a school where they're being overwhelmed with mind-boggling courses? Bottom line: see as much of the campus as you can. Understand that it is a bit of a party school (especially woodland hall- beware to all freshman who do not party. If you end up in woodland, do your best to switch OUT) but all in all Lasell has many opportunities. As my peers and I all agree upon, Lasell College is what you make of it. If you're a typically negative person, your experience will be terrible. If you're outgoing and interested in the campus, you'll enjoy it and certainly have the time of your life.
