This college is in it only for the money.

The owners, Mike and Mark Perry, don't even have college degrees! They bought the college from their mother and hired a woman to run it.

One of the brothers drives a $200,000 car and brags that he has the most expensive swimming pool in Tulare county.

Faculty genuinely cares about their student but are severely underpaid and treated like common trash. Staff and faculty are often replaced as though the place had a revolving door.

The Business Administration (BA) and Clinical And Medical Administration (CAMA) programs are dumping grounds for students that don't fit in anywhere else.

New recruits that cannot pass the entrance exams are taken aside and taught to pass the test. These students are often dumped after a few weeks due to their inability to read or write.

Teachers are "evaluated" by students on line and career decisions are made based on those comments. Teachers are not given the opportunity to respond to comments nor are they investigated.

Leadership at the campus is provided by persons, not because of their abilities, but because of their talent to kiss butt and willingness to work for less than acceptable wages.
