It's the typical "OK" school. The Business courses are adequate. Most professors are competent. Lots of students are rich Southern snobs, but there are plenty of interesting and genuine people too. The campus is pretty, but the surrounding area is not. If you're from out of state (like I am), or if you really want to be challenged to grow as a thinker or person, Mercer might not be the best place for you. As I said, it's an "OK" school. Sometimes OK is OK enough. |
