Pretty much all of the other reviews on here are spot on, which means every Concorde operates the same all across the country. The lab is outdated and broken-down, the instructors are extremely unqualified and you basically have to teach yourself. I would get the same exact education if I had just bought these books and read them without paying the outrageous tuition. The only thing this school has to offer over any other school is that you can finish in a shorter amount of time, but if you take everything else into account, it's actually a negative. Every day I regret choosing this school. You have to cram everything, so it goes in your short-term memory so that if you actually make it through this course (which you're pretty much set up to fail) and you wont remember any of it for the certifying exam. This is a for profit school, education is not a priority, getting your money is. We have to reuse things to the point where things fall apart when we take our lab tests and we get marked down for this. Also, if you want to further your education you have to start over from square one because no other school recognizes these classes as legitimate education. Don't make the same mistake I did GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! And don't even get me started on the "teachers" they let any nobody off the street with NO education and VERY little experience be our instructors. One of which LOVES to see students struggle and beats them down and discourages them to prove how much better she is than you. She is very spiteful and often brags about how when she came through the program she was the best student and now that she's a tech of course she's the best at that too. Very immature and doesn't seem interested in teaching as much as proving how great she is, by pointing out how bad you are. Also, they test you on things that you haven't even gotten a chance to practice yet, let alone get good at. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to a REAL school that will actually help you to put on your resume. |
