To condense my review as simply as possible: If this were a four year college, I would not even consider transferring. pros- challenging courses knowledgeable professors campus resources tuition ($42 per credit hour!) friendly administration free parking clean, and aesthetically pleasing campus small classes broad range of undergrad degrees great facilities cons- lack of social organizations commuter college (could be pro or con) only offers 2 year degrees with the exception of a 4 year business degree not a research institution I previously attended the university of new mexico, and i invested a lot with little return. However, at SJC I have invested little (monetarily) and have received an unexpected enormous return! Like I have previously stated, the most prevalent con is that this college isn't a four year institution and it isn't because of a lack of resources or administrative ability. |
