This school is horrible I do not see how they could get good reviews when clearly this school is ran like crap. First off I am struggling getting financial aid money moved over to my web advisor and this is FA that I HAVE ALREADY BEEN AWARDED. Next the staff act as if you are interrupting their day in order to get a answer out of them that isn't a lie or rude (trust me they LIE ALOT UP THERE TO YOUR FACE). We asked three different people at FTCC's financial aid office if I needed to turn in any other forms they said NO then out of nowhere after a deadline for paperwork they said I was missing a summer intent form????!!!!???? This school is garbage they said I should of received a e-mail about it but there is none I checked my financial aid tracking letter in my e-mail and where it says forms needed to be turned in for summer FA there is NOTHING AT ALL. So, today we went up there at 12 which the phone said at 12 they should still be open up until 5pm well they were not and decided to close early. We went to the administration building and decided to try to either sort this out or stack up more evidence of just plain horrible school employees and system but the lady said she would make sure I got my money and they didn't drop me from my classes because the first sign up period's payment date is May 2nd the 2nd payment date for the 2nd sign up period is May 16. If I do not get the money that I HAVE ALREADY BEEN AWARDED to go to college with in time to get in the summer semester I WILL REPORT THIS TO FINANCIAL AID GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICE THAT WILL HEAR ME OUT AND LISTEN TO THE TRUTH ABOUT FTCC. This school seems like it is decades behind other schools when it comes to how they treat their students. If this school ran the country we would starve by the hundreds of millions.
