I specifically stated my major, minor and expected year of graduation to my advisor during my first meeting. Half of my first year and part of my second year classes were a waste of time and money. The classes you need in the English major are not offered every year and some are only offered ONCE every other year and usually in the late afternoon.I was told last year that it would be "no problem" to graduate on time. But, this year my advisor said, "you many want to come back for another semester". If it weren't for the sports, this school would suck. And by the way, only a handful of sports are great, the rest are average or mediocre. One last item, financial aid. Each year they pull more away, especially if you work hard to get a scholarship to help out. For #38,000 a year-go somewhere else. |
