Well, I don't know where to start. I guess, I'm on here to vent my frustration in hopes that what I will tell anyone who reads this website gets some good advice. Please, be aware of GT's housing policy. Also, to avoid the problem of having a dickhead roommate who thinks he is a gangster rapper and just go ahead and just find someone ahead of time to room with. I had HOPE scholarship and everything going into college there, money stashed away in a bank account, etc… I was a computer science major when I started there. Things between Tech and I ended after attending school for a year and a half. What happened resulted in me being academically suspended, extreme depression and a partially wrecked GPA. As a result my bank account took a huge hit and wound up costing me more than just a year of my life!!!I chose to go elsewhere to complete my undergraduate degree and have wound up accepted to law school. Please, please, please be aware that opportunities can be found elsewhere. Your potential attendance at GT should be considered an enormous liability. Those "rumors" you keep hearing about it are in FACT true! |
