Over all occ is a outstanding college to attend. No college is perfect and they all have flaws. You do need a car beacuse of the location and the distance from the city. They need more extracurricular activities and programs. tHE KIDS WILL BE MORE SATISFIED AT THE SCHOOL WILL RECEIVE MORE RECOGNIZATION !
