This campus may look nice on the outside, but that's all a ploy and marketing gimmick to attract students. Honestly, like several other disgruntled students have mentioned, IU Bloomington treats you like a number. THe classes are LARGE and you have to fight through red-tape/bureaucracy to get things done. Financial aid is also very lousy at this school. I have NOT been successful in getting a job eversince I have graduated in May of this year. Talk about the over-inflated "prestige" of IU bloomington. Employers LAUGH at an iu bloomington degree. The only companies who value hoosiers are the local companies, that don't even pay you well. The athletic program is also pathetic too! Football team sucks, the basketball team sucks, and so do other hoosier athletic sports. Overall, I would not recommend this institute to anybody. Go elsewhere. If you do decide on attending iu bloomington, good luck. You will need all the luck! |
