Do not expect help from any of the administrative offices. Admissions, Financial Aid in particular,Bursar's etc. They employ students who are undertrained if at all and you will make 10 phone calls trying to find an answer and it will still be wrong. You will be on hold for 20 minutes at a time and be treated rudely by supervisors. There is no recourse whatsoever for mistreatment.
