Statistical Analyzer:

Some instructors are arrogant and do not have the student's in mind.When there is a problem very little help is available as they all believe each other and take sides before investigating.When all of a given class is uncomfortable ,then it raises a lot of questions.There needs to be a serious move to have the educational approach re-vamped and instructors in the nursing dept. answerable to the students they are instructing and not ridicule them when they make a mistake.There are too many cases of discrimination over the years that are left not investigated by the governing body for the sake of maintaining the influx of money from the dept.I would never encourage anyone to attend the nursing program there…lousy ,very lousy.To all the good instructors that may read this ,I would suggest finding another school to work at.
