like every school/university there will be problems.. CSU is a great school with a nationally known physics department. Apart from the nonsence that goes on at the school.. our science department is well respected throughout illinois and throughout the school.

Regardless of what people may think and all the bad press we get, your experiences is what you make it.

I transfered from Texas to attend UIC, but found out that it was pretty pricey, so I applied to CSU, got accepted and now I'm about to graduate and attend dental school back in Texas. Just because you come from a low tier university does not mean you cant get into professional doctoral programs. I and countless others are witness to this.

Come to CSU and make the best of it!!
