I have literally called and emailed for up to 6 weeks before finally talking to someone. I have NEVER had a voice mail or an email returned… not one. The staff is the laziest, sorriest group of humans on the planet. During the rare occasion when I catch one answering the phone, they make every attempt to pass the problem off to a different department, thereby avoiding work. As I sit here typing, I have been on hold for 58:13. I had someone answer while on hold at the 20 minute mark, but they promptly blamed admissions for the problem and put me back on hold. I just need to know my student ID number. That is it. I asked them to email it to my school account, but the last person said they can't help (no alternate solutions… just road blocks). This is the pathetic service I have come to expect from this school. |
