The school has no standard operating procedures as to how their online program works. They keep changing their IT structure so that you are logging on to a new system that rarely works each quarter. Their instructors are second rate at best and are not helpful. For instance I have been asking math teacher now for assistance for sometime and the answer I got back was refer to previous posts.
