Statistical Analyzer:

The teachers are friendly and respond to questions in a timely fashion. However, Financial aid staff are clueless, obnoxious, and rude. For example, I asked "financial aid" staff member when we were getting our financial aid disbursement. She rudely yelled at me saying "You people should know to add two weeks to whatever the date is on TED." Meaning students will receive their financial aid disbursement half the way through the semester. I have over 200 hr in college credit and this has got to be the worst financial add and counseling staff I have ever seen.
