My comment is about financial aid. They are rude, unhelpful, and do not care about any of the students. I have spent almost two weeks trying to talk to someone about my financial aid appeal, and I kept getting "It's on someone's desk, they will review it in the order it was received". That was not true AT ALL. It did not even get uploaded into the system for the committe to review until a week and a half after I turned it in. Then I tried getting a hold of anyone that I could to figure out why it got uploaded at the last minute. The assistant director of financial aid, would not even call me back or email me back. Out of all my friend's who are currently in college and have graduated, everyone says that TCC's financial aid is completely clueless. You would think at some point, they would hire people who actually want to do their job and are efficient at their job. Thank god this is my last semester at TCC. Everyone that has asked me about going there, I've told them to definitely go somewhere else unless they want to deal with two years of headaches and rude people who have no idea what they are doing. Financial aid is a joke at TCC.
