I love some of the professors, and the admissions and student life people are very helpful. However - I feel as most of the people at Christendom are either holier-than-thous or the drinker hypocrites. Christendom could have so much potential if it did not contradict itself and its teachings constantly. One of the main Christendom slogans is "breathe catholic." That's a great thought, but when there are people forcing other people to go and drink every Friday night - almost to the point of harassment, you begin to wonder where the Catholic support and love is. If you don't drink you're weird and if you're not part of the holier-than-thous you're an outsider.Classes are good if you enjoy core curriculum. The program is intense but thankfully I have had a good highschool education and I have to say a positive thing about the college is the rigorous curriculum, one of the only things they advertise well. Please don't come according to what you see advertised - all that glitters is not gold. |
