Wright State is what you put in academically, which is a great deal for the price. Most professors are friendly, approachable and willing to help you with your studies. The classes might be "dumbed down", but don't let that fool you, it's what you put in. Students are very diverse and you'll probably meet a lot of people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. The social life is really fun (if you know who to hang with), but it's also mixed. Like any place, there's rude, condescending and very tempting people. You need to know where you stand! I transferred mostly because I didn't feel challenged, (I came from a top performing HS),but I've known people who've graduated and hold very successful careers, which really worked for them. |
