I came to MUW in 2004. I didn't really know where I wanted to go to college but I had a few friends from High School applying so I thought I would give it a shot. Well I am very happy I did. MUW gave me a full paid scholarship, wonderful education, and awesome experience in my 5 years there! This is not a research school so there is not much research for a Mathematics student to partake in. However, the Science program is excellent and has many labs in which to work. I feel that my Mathematics professors were as knowledgeable as any professor from any other Universities. These professors are caring and helpful and really go out of their way to help all their students. You won't find a better place to call home your undergraduate years! Now as far as student life goes, there are plenty of clubs and social clubs to get involved in. The food used to be better but gradually got worse as the years went on, haha…but isn't that everywhere? But there is always the Goose which has been on campus for I don't know how many years. They serve hamburgers and fries mostly! Anyway, I just wanted to give you a sense of what college at MUW is like! You will feel at home and welcome! |
