Statistical Analyzer:

I am a current student at Herzing University (Orlando campus). I was in Nursing I, but didn't pass because I didn't have enough points. I didn't do well on my midterm, but I did well on my final. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their own field, but as educating the students I rate them on a scale of 1-10 they are 2. There are only a few that I would rate a 9. If you decide to go to this program you will have to study ALOT. And definately study the NCLEX questions on your own because they don't help much with that. And you will definately have to learn how to answer those questions or you will not pass. This school does seem very $$$ oriented. As much money as we pay for this school you would think it would be enough and they would help you in some way, but they don't. I think the nursing staff there would like to help more, but the Dean (previous nursing director) does not allow them to. The dean does try to talk down to you and make you feel like an idiot. She does not care what you have to say. The school is very clean I guess I can give them that and the staff are friendly except for the dean. I am not sure yet if I am going to continue there. I am afraid if I go somewhere else it may be worse. Also for clinicals they don't go to floria hospital and ORMC. I am trying to find out why they don't allow this school to go there, but I can probably guess why. It was sad to see that alot of really intelligent students didn't pass the midterm. I really disagree with there point system, but I guess that is the way they do it at herzing (the most famous reply at this school). Good luck to you! Hopefully they will find a better dean and have the current one out of there completely.
