At first start, everyone was friendly and helpful. Once you're in, it's the opposite. They don't have phone etiquette except the receptionists. The military liaison department forget that this is now a civilian sector. They act tough but no clue what's truly a customer service. Financial aid department is the worst of all. Mean and talk back to you like an unimportant person. If it were not for almost free schooling, I would have chosen a traditional college. |
