I have experienced abusive professors who then band together to form a wall of negative approach. It doesn't matter what quality work you do, what matters is if the profs like or dislike you. It is difficult to get into the core classes needed in order to complete "undergraduate" requirements. The Public Safety Employees abuse the power they have been given and rewrite the laws of the university as they see fit. It is like a gestapo here, no matter what happens. They lie and the university stands behind them. The social scene is non existent on the weekends so the only thing most kids do is drink till they can't see straight. That is not addressed at all until something drastic happens and psafe is called in and then the consequences are severe. The school does not stand by it's mission statement that they are there to assist kids through education of such topics. They are into punishment. If you are an athlete, the punishment will not be as severe. I came here because I was assured that I would not be a number, and I have never felt so alone. This place sucks and I would tell anyone who isn't snooty or entitled to not go here. Isn't the place for "real people."
