While I as there this school felt full of educational bias that created a hostile learning environment. They favor some students over others regardless of their skill level, mainly if they like their personality. Most of the faculty are conservatively driven as far as politics and they may act like they aren't. I was accused of being a communist while I was there by one professor privately, which I'm not. Later I've found out a comment like that may not even be legal and could get a professor fired, I'm sure. Although you learn some good introductory information it is up to you to work hard which in the end they try and take credit for your private innovations, as if they taught you everything you developed. It ultimately is a tech school that disguises itself as an art school. Lastly I would like to mention that there are some people who get in the animation program who have been drawing for years and they try and then turn these peoples results around like you can develop that ability in the degrees time of 4 years. From my private research in literature printed by prominent media artists they say some people who focus on one field of traditional art can spend years working on their style before they can really hone and perfect it. I feel like there is more I could state but I feel that I have said enough to reasonably voice my dissatisfaction.
