This institution is average…kind of like you "get what you pay for" with respect to the way things are with the instructors. Personally, I was a student that cared greatly about my education. I did study, attend all of my classes, and put in time for all of my assignments. There are some excellent instructors, who not only are very knowledgable, but they care about their influence, intention, and performance and the success of the students. However, on the other hand, there are many average/below-average instructors. Many of the adjunct teachers are "teaching" and it's an afterthought or a resume "padder" in their life - you can tell they don't want to put in the time for the students - or they too, are simply LAZY!
