Statistical Analyzer:

The main problem with HGTC is that they work together for the success of the students. Financial aid is horrible and treats you as though you are a criminal when coming in to ask a question. Then they give you the run around because they admittedly don't understand the computer system. If there is an issue they contact you with very little time to resolve the problem before you miss a deadline. During the period that I've been working toward my degree I have been enrolled in three schools including HGTC and had no issues with financial aid until now. There hasn't been one semester since I've been enrolled that there wasn't something urgent that I had to fix because of there incompetence.
