Overall, Pepperdine was a good school. I went in with high expectations (probably too high) and found out that it wasn't extraordinary, just a really good school. The students there range from borderline-brilliant to below-average and the education is what you make of it. The name of the school will probably help you out a lot, but not as much as USC or UCLA, which were my top two choices. In fact, UCLA is a lot cheaper and might be a good alternative if you can get in to Pepperdine and are considering it. Still, I would definitely recommend Pepperdine as a school. |
