Statistical Analyzer: DUPLICATE,

This school is horrible as far as dealing with the administration dept. I went to Triton before transferring to Morton College. Every semester it's always the same problems. The financial aid dept. asks me for my w2 and gives me forms to fill out. When I bring them in the next person tells me I filled out the wrong forms and to bring in other things. I must deal with them at least four times before they can straighten out my finanice situation. I have been going to this school for a little over a year and I just received a letter stating that they need my high school transcripts when I gave it to them the day I transferred from Triton. They are so unorganized. No one knows anything cause every time I go signup for a class or deal with the finance dept. they always give you different answers. I have asked for a name to write a letter to but no one knows who is their boss. It is just ridiculous dealing with the incompetence of some of those workers. I honestly don't know how they get any with providing such horrible service.
