I am giving a semi negative review because i am disgusted with how rude people are over the phone to me and unhelpful. The website is not very informative. I did take a speech class and the professor never emailed back or ever, ever updated us with our grades. I now am going to RVC for medical coding and it says absolutely nothing about pre reqs, pretty important to know. When I called the woman was from the 'catalog or course schedule' phone number was very rude to me, told me i can register "in October" and told me i had about four pre reqs and pretty much was no help. I then called the general number , the girl was nicer, put me on hold and I was now told I only have two pre reqs. Its tough to get an app. with a counselor if you have a life and can't just get into any random time slot. So i'll probably have to just go up there one day and try to figure it out. I searched high and low on their website for this info it is not there. online, it looks like you can just get right in to the program (most other programs at least list pre reqs so you can be informed). Would be nice if this info for that class was online (somewhere!) and if the people were more informative, helpful and acted like they actually cared about giving you the CORRECT INFO (kinda important). whenever I call, everyone acts like they don't want to help. I am unsure if this is normal for colleges but I was upset that I couldn't get the correct simple info |
