I am a sophomore general studies student (still working on getting into my program) and not ONCE have I been offered any assistance. I am to be scheduling classes for next semester today, but they just decided to inform me 2 days ago that I need to meet with my advisor before I can be given permission to do so. The soonest advising appointment available is next Wednesday—obviously a little late to be getting into the classes I need for my major. Now all of a sudden student services wants to help? All they seem to do is screw me over time and time again and when I do go to them for help they are absolutely clueless and guide me in the wrong direction. I'm sick of wasting my parent's time and money. |
