I was hesitant to come here at first because of its slow pace. While Juniata does reside in Huntingdon, which is not known for any sort of night life, I would not choose to go anywhere else.Since my arrival on campus over two years ago, I've felt I've gained another family; another family that just so happens to consist of 1,600 students and faculty. No matter what educational realm you fall into, Juniata will provide you with support through awesome advisors and a close-knit community. That being said, the curriculums here are very challenging, but a Juniata degree holds a lot of weight. If I were a high school senior looking for a school, I would pick Juniata again. It is what it is, which is an awesome school for academics and a place where I've always felt valued. So, come with an open mind and don't let the small-town drive you away. Everything you need is here. |
