My grades in high school weren't great so it was a last resort. However, without trying I was able to get a 4.0 my freshman year, which thankfully was enough to get me out of that hellhole and into UConn. What I really hated about ECSU was the lack of diversity. Their was a majority white student body, and some black and latino students but overall, I expected more from a college. The students tend to be close-minded, snotty, and way to wrapped up in their own "worries" of partying and whatnot. The surrounding town is dangerous, and it is normal to see homeless people on campus looking through the trash. Even the clock tower has the wrong numbers on it. If you're trying to save money, go to a community college. Otherwise, go to UConn, it's really not that much more. |
