Will have you take unnecessary courses, especially if you're a transferred student. Don't depend on help from an Academic Advisor(s), or from the Student of Dean Office. Nobody no exactly what they are doing in their supposedly respectable field. Student of Dean Office will not support you in any manner. They will always choose the side of the faculty (department) regardless if you're right and can prove they are wrong. They will have you crying for no reasons. The Dean and Assistant Dean is very arrogant and will most definitely look down on you. Very much as uncle and auntie toms. Financial Aide office is a total joke, and will not have your information process on time. You have to demand for your aide to process, so you can purchases the necessary materials for all courses.School course materials are very high on-campus. Suggest that you attend the bookstore off-campus, much better in prices and a friendly atmosphere.Don't go to Oakland University, they will screw you in every way, and when you think its graduation time it is truly not, because they will find someone of making you have to take an extra courses, and go further into debt.Be very careful before choosing this school. Always look for the best education possible if you are expecting an excellent education. |
