Statistical Analyzer:

I am currently a Freshmen at the University of Akron. I was born and raised in Akron and absolutely love the city but the school not so much. My first semester I lived in Spicer Hall. Worst experience ever. People lock themselves in their rooms 24/7, I made a grand total of one friend while living there. I hated the dorm so much I moved out after the first semester and so did the rest of my floor. Academically, it is horrible. I have had professors that refuse to meet up with me to give me extra help. They are there to get paid and that is it. Socially, it is bad. Since it is such a big commuter school it can be difficult to meet people. People are standoffish and the students apart of Greek life think they run the school but when in reality, everyone hates them. Needless to say… do not go to school, I can't wait to transfer.
