Statistical Analyzer: ,BLANK_SURVEY_NODATA

I enrolled and was told that I would be receiving full financial aid and that I would receive the money within 2 weeks. They did not give me the money and the teacher was extremely unhelpful. The counselor kept saying everything was going well, but then refused to answer my phone calls. When I tried to report this to the administration, they refused to return my phone calls. As I was only partially employed at the time, I was unable to pay for any of the costs without the financial aid. After 3 years of no contact, they decided to send me to collections for a class I was not able to participate in as a result of their incompetence.
