My experience was an enlightenment that brought confidence in life and what I'll be doing after I graduate. The students are friendly but dislike being surveyed or questioned repeadetly about religion. There is always construction going on, and that makes things harder to access. The staff is really nice as a lot of them are young and still persuing more education for their fields of study. There are a lot of activities to do in Fort Collins and with extracullicular activities with CSU or groups working through CSU. The campus ministries are real and genuine. Chi Alpha (The Outpost) is a campus ministry that is a ministry of small groups. They make the campus and city a better place to be in. THe people are real, and comfortable to be around. The campus allows for different religous organizations to use the campus for there beliefs, as in a church on campus. The campus also has many fraternities and sororities. They are just like any other fraternity or sorority. The sports at CSU are making a Bold New statement. The men's basketball team is really stepping up there game, making a prominent spot in the NCAA March Madness tournament. The volleyball team does fantastic regularly. And the other sporting teams are getting better. The atmosphere at all the games is pure Ram Pride. It's loud, it gets nasty, but it's all friendly competition. Overall CSU is a wonderful place to choose in excelling in academics and life. |
