Statistical Analyzer:

The school does it's best to try to get every dime out of you until you either get sick of it and leave or become poor and realize after graduation that a Degree from UNC isn't taken seriously. Its staff works its hardest to postpone students from getting their degree in 4 years. I had one staff member tell me in Dean of Students that " its impossible now a days to graduate with a bachelors in 4 years". Thats because the staff suggests you don't take more than 12 credits and that summer classes are to hard.
