Music is my life and the scholarships they give out let me keep it that way. The gen ed professors are amazing and will be great influences on your life. Most of the faculty in the music program are brilliant and deserve more than they get. However, there are some that are very high in power that you should avoid..but can never avoid. I left due to abuse of power, authority and the manipulative nature of one in power. Students are viewed as valuable to this one if you are freshman or are a great asset to them, otherwise you are then a rag doll by sophomore year that they can throw around and take advantage of. As I said, this is only a few of those there. all other professors are worth staying for if you can get your schedule just right. |
