There are numerous issues with this institution from the administration and how they interact with staff, faculty, students and their community. First off the professors, full and part time, work hard to give students a quality education, but are hindered by the upper CCSNH and campus administration. Faculty and adjuncts are over worked, under appreciated and pay is severely disproportionate. The campus staff is greatly under appreciated and under paid. The higher up are quick to promote and increase their own wages and jobs and yet consistently make costly mistakes. Thats like rewarding bad behaviors. They apply for federal and state grants for a number of projects; however, those funds are greatly abused and their purchases from the grants go unused. The administration keeps their employees under a state fear for speaking out. Now take these facts in to consideration when attending NHTI. You and the tax payers of this fine state are better off attending a quality four year college or university. Remember, you may get what you put into your education, but remember you also get what you pay for. |
