Good school. Great Degree Programs. Above average food. Clean, safe Campus. Anyone that has ever gone to MMA will tell you that they've had many once-in-a-lifetime experiences there, especially sea term (52 days at sea, on a 540ft ship with 500 other students in the carribean or panama…AWESOME). Sports is really lacking but MMA makes up for it with the extra curriculars (all the clubs) and learner programs. Students go here mainly for the Careers not for the fun or sports. Some teachers are very good at what they do, some arent (just like every college). TEACHERS: Stay away from Arlene Macgregor… Terrible, condescending, arrogant, feminist, knows absolutely nothing about anything, piece of S%#$, C-word. Horrible teacher, and a god-awful person. (Theres only 2 or 3 people i would ever call the C-word, shes one.) Dr. Jop… Can't understand his thick polish accent and teaches a very tough subject very poorly and grades hard. Prof Gillis is a Prick, Prof Hibbert, Dr. White, Prof Veale, Prof Stanton and Prof Gucwa are Great. I'd recommend this school to anyone. I graduated and went to the nuclear engineering field then i transferred to san fran where I'm a safety tech in a shipyard.Other colleges are 4 years of fun for a lifetime of hardwork, MMA is 4 years of hard work for a lifetime of fun |
