The School of Business at the University of Bridgeport is great. The Business school offers a diverse staff who is always more than willing to assist you in whatever you need. All of the professors speaks English. In the Business school, taking classes back at home for the summer is NO PROBLEM in means of transferring the credits back to UB. The advisers within the School of Business encourage students to continue to learn over the summer! College is what YOU make it. Make the connections within your classes with your professors and express that your are excited to learn everyday and positive outcomes will come to you. Being that UB is a small school, it is fairly easy to network with your professors. Your professors are the people who 'know some one, who knows someone' who can get you that desired future internship or job. It is fairly easy to get involved on campus as well. Again, college is what YOU make it. Granted, UB isn't the most fabulous school in the United States and it is NOT your stereotypical university that you see in the movies, however there are a lot of opportunities here, but it is up to YOU to make those opportunities happen for you! |
