This college was the most unprofessional college I have ever been to. They couldn't give me a straight answer on what classes actually transferred towards my degree. Well I found out why the couldn't figure it out. North shore community college and North Carolina community college are not the same school. Why on earth would you try to even match the course description of North Carolina community when I have 1. Never been to the state, and 2. Have mentioned multiple times that I came from Massachusetts. Oh and you know the biggest hint of all, the transcript that says North Shore community college in big letters, and my other transcript from Salem state University which is also in Massachusetts. That isn't the best part though. The Dean of counseling sat back in chair like he was talking to a buddy and constantly winking at me like he is about to ask for my number. You're a dean. Sit up, talk, and act like an adult. Then after this unprofessional man is done blowing smoke, I get to go see my original counselor who not only didn't help, but yelled at me for her mistakes. It was great when I had a witness who not only proved her wrong and told her what she did wrong, but also tore her a new one for being unprofessional and talking down and yelling at a student for her mistake. The only plus to this school is that it's cheap as dirt. Honestly, spend a little more money and go to a better school with a more reputable staff. |
