I'm not sure where to begin with Lesley University. i am a first semester freshman, and i CANT wait to transfer. this school is COMPLETE rip off. i am paying almost 50,000 a year for SHIT. honestly, i dont know what the money is being used for because the food is completely inedible, the shuttles either never show up, or theres not enough room because theres only six seats, the dorms are old and disgusting. i just don't understand. if you are a liberal artsy hippie stoner, then this is the school for you. those are the ONLY types of people at this school. EVERYONE here is like that. if you are not like that, like me, you will NOT fit in. Lesley is all about being a community and being together but the reason everyone here gets along is because they're all high all the time and are all liberals. if you're not an art or education major, don't go here. those are the only majors that people do. those are the only programs that the school cares about. the "campus" is always dead, even on weekends. theres never anything going on. people dont party here because everyone is fucking weird. lesley always talks about "having lots of clubs", which they do have a decent amount but what they dont tell you is theres only about 4 people in each club, so forget about trying to make friends that way. its basically like high school but its worse because EVERYONE is the same. theres 300 kids in your grade. theres about 4 boys in each grade. sports are basically nonexistent. theres no school spirit. i dont know how this is even a college. i have had a miserable couple of months here and i cant wait to be somewhere normal with normal people. do NOT go here, whatever you do. this is an honest review. |
